I was late to the Moody Blues. Even though I started buying singles (US) in late 1962 the first (and only) Moodies single I bought was The Story In Your Eyes (Hot 100 #23 on 10.2.1971). As the 70s meandered along I acquired all the classic LPs. The only aspect of this show I don't care for is that in Mike's absence there is an actual orchestra. One of the truly unique aspects of the Moodies was that they had Mike and he was the orchestra. I understand that the presence of an orchestra is in a way a tribute to Mike Pinder but I feel that the originality of the songs would be better served by just the one or maybe a second person playing keyboards. But perhaps with a large image of Mike being displayed on a screen. Perhaps some of the live footage that exists of him.

One musician in a class answered a question by a student. How did your group make it we can allplay better than you? He answered It is not how well you play but how well you write and if people like your songs and will buy them.

John Lodge is such a wonderful singer. I really enjoy listening to him.

Lucky enough to see the Moody Blues second row floor in the early 80's! Got so stoned my buddy had to drive home! But I thoroughly enjoyed the concert and so grateful that I got to see them live at least once!!!!

Olá tudo bem, eu estava procurando vídeos dessa cidade maravilhosa onde morei de 77 a 81, more nessa casa da esquina entre padre Aquiles saporiti e coronel José Osório na vila militar quando eu era crianca, são muitas lembranças desse lugar aos fundos acho que ainda tem um clube, existia uma rua na lateral daquele prédio nessa quadra, brincava por toda essa região. Se não for encomodo eu gostaria de ver a escola puríssimo coração de Maria onde estudei, acho que é isso, tenho esperança de voltar a morar em Palmas é muito especial.

The Moody Blues music made the best use of a full orchestra! That is what gave their songs that unearthly sound. Not to mention Justin Hayward's awesome, iconic voice! So beautiful.

I was blessed to see the Moody Blues in person at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in the mid 1990's. Fantastic show, I loved every minute of it.

I've got it in my tunes. I'm 68 and we DID have it the best. I love this. The commraderie thru music.

We have been listening to these gentlemen since 1970's I'm Graduate School, in Wisconsin, Madison. They are as good as Cliff Richard, their fellow English man. We went to England in 2014. Went to see the Stonehenge and a sidetrip to Justine birthplace, nearby Western parts. Wiltshire. God Bless these gentlemen.
